I LOVE these shoes. they are incredibly comfortable, however they are less than 5 months old and the sticthing is coming apart and the sole is starting to seperate from the front of the shoe.Danskos are fantastic comfort shoes, I am on my feet ALL day. I work in a bakery, but for what they cost I would hope they would have lasted a little longer. The cheap shoes (3 pairs of cheap shoes cost what these cost) lasted me about 5-6 months, these only lasted less than 5 months. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, so that is why I am so disappointed in these shoes.Very happy with the comfort, EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the quality of the shoe I received.It is too late to return them, so I am stuck with them.

I purchased these after battling foot issues steming from a fracture a year and a half ago. I bought a black pair of these recommended by foot specialist. Was so pleased with the shoe, I purchased this brown pair. I normally wear a 6W shoe (US sizing). I ordered 37 in the dansko european size, and was delighted with the fit. Toe box is roomy, plenty of instep, narrow heel, and the insert in the shoe provides excellent support and comfort. The leather is gorgeous if you like a milk chocolate saddle-type leather. The shoe gleams richly, is not "shiny" like some of the cheaper leathers. The shoe is stiff when you remove from the box, but will be comfortable from the first day on.

This shoe was true to size. (I've had trouble finding Danskos wide enough for my feet; seems the styles I like best run narrow.) Loved the great arch support in the Dansko clogs I own so took a chance on these - the arch in the Kip is moderate, not quite as high as in the clog but offers good support and I am pleased. Purchased this shoe for patrol work and find I like it better than the others I've tried in terms of comfort (though I'm sacrificing a bit of grip in the tread.)
