After 2 hours of normal walking wear the insole of one of the boots came halfway out. That should not happen, especially with 2 hours of normal wear. I contacted the buyer several times getting denied for a refund even though their return policy says defective items can be returned. After numerous exchanges via email the rep finally agreed to a return with me paying for return shipping. I referred to the return policy again stating that returns for defective items can be reimbursed for shipping (up to 13 dollars if deemed defective). So the rep finally agreed and told me to put the receipt in the box. I did as instructed. When they received my return they emailed me stating I wasn't able to get a refund bc I wore the boots. I wrote several emails explaining everything I stated in my previous 7 emails and included a copy of their representatives email stating I could get a refund if the boots were deemed defective. They never wrote me back. Frustrated and annoyed I filed a claim with the site. They resolved my issue immediately and refunded me for what I paid. As for the return shipping reimbursement I was promised, I had to email the seller/rep a couple of times to get a response. Finally they agreed to send me a reimbursement check for return shipping. I'm still waiting. I'll update later with the verdict. All in all this was such a hassle and not worth the 2 hours of cheap manufactured wear.

The shoes arrived on time, but not the right size. There was no indication on the shoe as to the correct size except for a little sticker placed on the box. I ordered them well in advance to wear them for walking around the city on Christmas Eve. Being an incorrect size, I contacted them for a return. I was told I would have to pay for it, then I would be refunded ONLY if they can determine whether or not the shoes actually were correct/fit me. So I had to wear something else although I ordered these specifically. I was stuck with them while I emailed back and forth with BAD representatives, inconvenienced, and insulted on top of it. Never again.

I ordered these for my daughter. She has small feet and these were true to size. They look great and go with just about any outfit!
