I bought these in a 3 for my 11 month old. They were too small. The stitching was very poor considering the price. The front is too tight for a pre walk sized shoe. I tried to exchange them twice but I was ignored by the seller. I filed a claim with the site and I hope to be able to return these overpriced shoes.
