I bought these to replace my AK Kaiko's. I love the appearance of this shoe but it is nowhere near as comfy as the older Kaiko. The Kendace toe post is thick and therefore, uncomfortable between the toes. The toe post is also further back and does not allow the foot to slide all the way forward. This means there is extra room in the front while the heel hangs over the rear of the shoe. Lastly, the strap has extra fabric on top to accommodate a high instep. I don't have a high instep so it results in a poor fit. This shoe is very pretty, but, I'm not sure if I will keep it.
