A New Balance shoe only gal like me, just had to try these out after reading reviews of them. I needed a black pair of walking/all purpose shoe, so these looked like they'd be perfect for my needs. Sure enough, they are! By the way... I took out the white laces and replaced them with black. I like the look better. Anyway.... these shoes are incredibly lightweight for walking shoes. They remind me of running shoes cuz of that. But boy, can I walk miles in these without the slightest fatigue or pain. They are nice and roomy in the toe area, and become slightly more narrow near the ankles. No adjustable tongue...it's permanent. No big deal. At least you don't have to constantly adjust the tongue when on a walk like some of my other shoes require. Anyway... they look great with normal casual wear, plus they work excellently as a typical walking shoe for long walks. I love them. Now if they carried these in white, I'd be super happy and buy them in white too! Unfortunately they don't. I completely recommend these! I typically wear a 5 1/2. I bought these in a ladies size 6 and they fit perfectly. Enjoy 'em if you buy 'em! Thx for reading.

These are more like keds, not much padding. They are cute and cool for summer though. I like the purple eyelets.

These shoes are light as a feather and the fit is perfect. Lots of toe room, like alking barefoot, but with light support. Love them!
