Purchased this purse after I lent my mom, my Metrosafe 100 Pacsafe Metrosafe 100 Anti-Theft Shoulder Bag for a cruise. She liked it so much, that she won't be returning it. I'm familiar with Pacsafe as I also own the Slingsafe 200 Pacsafe Slingsafe 200 Anti-Theft Sling Purse, Metrosafe 200 Pacsafe MetroSafe 200 Anti-Theft Shoulder Bag and Venturesafe 150 Pacsafe Luggage Venturesafe 150 Fanny Pack. However, all are older models which don't have the RFID feature. When I saw this new version of the Slingsafe line, and as I now needed a small purse, I didn't hesitate to buy it.Positives. This version of the Slingsafe line is much more stylish than the old version. The material the bag is made out of is not as slick as before. The fabric seems a little more durable also. The purse itself is not as narrow as the old models. However, the purse is still a little on the small side. And, if you over-stuff it, the purse will still bulge. Nonetheless, it fits my wallet, glasses, cosmetics case, keys, travel tissues, cell phone and a few other small items with no problem. I purchased the cypress color. The inside liner of the purse is a light peach color with multi-colored polka dots. This makes it very easy to find items. The purse is lightweight and sits comfortably against your body. If you're tall, I'm 6 ft., the strap is long enough to allow you to wear it cross body comfortably. There's enough strap length, that it could still be let out an additional inch if needed. This strap is longer than my old Metrosafe 100, as it didn't have quite enough length to wear cross body comfortably, if you were tall. Even though the strap is made out of a steel cable, the bag is lightweight. The inside of the purse is nicely organized, with a large RFID pocket, a second smaller pocket and a key fob. There is also a small zippered pocket on the outside of the purse. The zipper pull on the bag can be attached to a hook for added security. The strap can also be detached and secured to a chair or other stationary item for additional security.Negatives. The purse DOES NOT, have the headphone port as advertised. When I initially received it, I returned it thinking it was defective because there was no headphone port. I even contacted Pacsafe directly. They stated that this version of the Slingsafe 100 DOES NOT, have the headphone port. Even though I would have preferred the headphone port, I liked the other features of the bag so much, that I re-ordered it. While you can detach the strap, when re-attaching, the strap can become very tangled. You really must be careful when re-attaching and sometimes even straighten the strap out before re-attaching it. Otherwise, you'll have a twisted mess of a strap when carrying the purse. Lastly, the second pocket is too small to carry a cell phone if you have a larger model. My medium sized cell phone, barely fits into the second pocket. If you have a larger phone, it will fit in the RFID pocket. However, that will negate the true purpose of the RFID pocket, which is to protect credit cards or passport information.Overall, Pacsafe has done it again. They've created a stylish compact purse, that makes you feel safe when carrying it.

I took this purse on trip to Italy. At the Pisa train station I was targeted by two young women pickpockets. One bumped into me to distract me while the other tried to open my purse. When I realized what was happening, I yelled for help. The girls ran away. They didn't take anything from my purse, but I had a close call. I believe the safety features on this purse kept the pickpockets from getting my wallet.

I love this bag, it's not too big and not too small. I've found if I have a big bag, I'll fill it, and then I'll get shoulder pain. This bag is a flatter bag so when I wear it across my chest, it doesn't stick out too much on my hip. I'm 5'8" and the strap is long enough to fit comfortably across my body.I initially purchased this bag for an upcoming trip overseas, but I ended up making this bag my everyday bag. I love all the safety features. I also love how light weight the bag is. I really don't even feel it when I'm wearing it.I'm very happy with my purchase!
