If you're looking for the perfect bootie--look no further. I bought them in the 'olive' color and they arrived today just as pictured. It's true, they DO flip-flop a bit but don't let this keep you from ordering. They don't kick off and don't feel loose--it's just the nature of a bootie that doesn't tie. I love them and think they'll look great with a variety of clothing...including skinny jeans and any of the skimmer jeans out right now. I am more than pleased!

This shoe felt like a boot flip-flop. With every step my foot slipped in and out of the boot. It was a weird feeling that I suspected would cause blisters in the long run. The leather also looked cheap. It had this weird sheen to it that at certain angles made it seem as if the suede had been rubbed off. This purchase was returned promptly.

The Very Volatile Women's Kalamazoo Bootie is attractive, but it did not grip my foot. It felt as though there was nothing to hold my foot in the bootie. The upper portion of the boot (the ankle) was too wide and my foot would slip out as I attempted to take a step. Even if I purchased a size smaller, I believe this would happen anyway. If you decide to try them anyway... good luck!
