It's exactly what I expected and what I wanted. I love this bag, it's so functional! It's the perfect size, and the sections in it make it easy to find everything.

The purse was beautiful, everything I expected, however the package I received in the mail was not wrapped very well and the box looked as though someone tried to tamper or open it. When I opened the box on the inside the purse was poorly wrapped and packaged inside the box - I was worried that maybe I hadn't rec'd an original coach purse. I didn't get the coach storage bag that normally comes with the product but I did inspect the purse thoroughly and did authenticate the purse was actual a coach product. I ordered a coach purse last year from Coach, and it was sent in pristine condition and they didn't leave it on my doorstep when I wasn't home. This time the box was just left on the front porch and it clearly had been damaged / tampered with on it's way to my home. Happy with the product, but the seller could do better at packaging and securing the box so others cannot rip the tape off the outside so easily.
