I love these boots. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BOOTS I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! They keep my feet warm and dry, even in 2 feet of snow. The laces and the anchors (holds the laces) are high quality. The laces are waterproof and strong. The contstruction is one piece so I know there won't be any leakage at the seams. Getting into them and out of them is sooo easy and fast, which is important. Good firm grip to the ground, not worried about slipping---especially on icy sidewalks. My feet were so warm and cozy, even at -16 standing at a bus stop for two hours, without sweating. It does help that the color matches my coat. I can go on and on. I love these boots. Don't like taking them off, makes me want to go and play in the snow.

More lightweight and nicer than I expected, which is great. Other reviews mentioned these were big and bulky like a ski boot, but I did not find this so at all. They are warm, sturdy, and comfortable. I gave it 4 stars only because there is a spot on my shin that the boot rubs. This may be prevented by wearing longer socks, but I think it occurs since I am short- 5 feet.

These are the most amazing cold-weather boots I have ever purchased. I received very severe frostbite to my hands and feet when I was younger, and for the last 30 years it has been a struggle to find outdoor boots that keep my feet warm and dry without being uncomfortable--in MIdwest winters, no less. These just arrived last week, and I had my first opportunity to try them out today when winter decided to grace us with an extra foot of snow. I was out with my two Alaskan Malamutes for 45 minutes, trudging through snow that went past my knees, and when I got back home, my feet were still very warm and completely dry. I double-knot the nylon laces to keep them from coming untied (which seems to happen to me and shoes constantly, for some reason), and they are good to go. There is plenty of room in the toes, and there is even an arch support built in (which I also need). They were worth every penny and I hope they are still around when this pair wears out.
