I bought this dress for my graduation reception, and I was a little nervous because I had never before purchased clothing from a company and not seen it person and/or known my exact size. I was worried that I was going to regret spending some real $$ and (relative to my pitiful grad student bank account) only for the dress to not fit, but I've had success with the the site return policy, so I just went for it. AND IT WAS WORTH IT. FYI, I bought a size 8 -- I am a medium in tops/shirts and a medium/large in the bottom (big booty) and this dress fit perfectly.I got SO many compliments on my graduation day. The back of the dress is beautifully cut, and the flare of the A-line skirt is perfect -- it makes a nice shape with out looking hula hoop-y (come on, you know what I mean). The color was gorgeous (a bright cherry red) and the dress was classy without revealing too much (aka the girls weren't popping out and I felt like I could bend over to help myself to a delicious food buffet without showing the world my drawers).I also love this dress because I wore it with heels and some fake-classy jewelry and it looked very dressed up. Later that day, I threw on some sandal flats, took off the jewelry, and voila! It worked as a more casual number. I think others may have mentioned that the material itself is a little thicker, and I would agree -- it's definitely not a "light" spring or summer dress. But unless you are inviting others to come up and feel the material (hey, different strokes I s'pose), then I think it really can function as a semi-casual dress. I may also try to throw on a blazer and give it a trial run as work number -- that is if anyone hires me. Cough cough.All together, a great purchase!!!

Fit is great - really minimizes the waist. The back is adorable - only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that your bra will still show on the sides. Just a tad. Good, quality fabric.

Very figure flattering - great for the curvy body - nice weight to the fabric and pretty color - just as the photo shows. I am 34-26-36 and got a size 8 - fits great.
