While they seemed great we had to return. They were huge on my daughter. I don't know if they run big, but was also told they stretch a little during normal wear. Going to have to find a local retailer to try properly as my daughter has a tiny kids 3/4 foot even at almost 14 yrs. She really wants these boots, but sizing proving to be hard.

I love them and wear them at least 5 days a week. Be sure to order them one size smaller. They stretch and run big. At least one full size larger before even wearing them, then they stretch after a few wears. Even 1 1/2 shoes sizes smaller would work. I did exchange them through uggs.com for a smaller size. So easy to exchange. Just visit their website.

This is the second pair of knit Uggs I have bought for my daughter. They fit pretty true to size but they stretch so it is easy to get two years out of them, making it more affordable. highly reccomend,
