I really loved these boots. My calves are huge, and I have never found boots that fit around my calf until these boots. They are also super cute; they have a nice subtle pattern but nothing too crazy so you can still wear it with anything in rainy weather. I have also gotten lots of compliments on them.The main problem is, after four months or so, they started cracking. The boot rubber now has horizontal cracks outside, along the inner side of my feet, where my arches are, near the seam between the sole and the boot upper material. The left one is a total goner, the crack must be several inches long. The right boot is just beginning to crack. The inner lining is still intact, and unless it's raining hard my feet don't get wet--but I feel quite silly wearing boots with a giant crack in them--they bulge out and look awful. I tried to tape them together with clear packing tape--but of course, that looks even worse. I bought these boots at a shoe store and the salesperson warned me about this, but they're fairly cheap boots so I figured it's okay. They did last me through the rainy season, but just barely.Also the inner sole of the shoe isn't attached (or wasn't attached well, possibly?) so it keeps sliding around and squishing into the heel of my boot as I move around.With all these negatives you'd have thought I'd give it a 1 or 2 star. I would, except I was so delighted to find non-ugly boots that actually fit my huge calves that I'd probably just buy a new pair each year (as I'll probably have to), so they're at least a 3 star.

The fit?s okay but the color's much brighter than sown in picture. I returned it mostly because of the color. It's pretty but I just want something more subdued. Major issue is shipping cost. The shoes are $22. But shipping is $10 and no free shipping for return. I just spent $18 on shipping and bought nothing.

These rain boots are cute and well made. The sole is thick and sturdy. I purchased these for my teenage daughter to wear when she helps on the farm. She loves them because they keep her feet dry but they aren't the normal drab green of standard farm rubber boots.
