Haven't been able to wear these. I purchased my normal size and as soon as I received them I knew I had made a mistake. They look good, but the shoe crippled my feet. What is it with Clarks these days?!

No problem with the transaction. I received the item quickly & in perfect condition. I'm just disappointed that they're not very comforable. The right shoe hurts my foot but I still wear them anyway because I've been desperate to find decent black dress shoes in my size that actually fit. So, I don't intend to return them. I will just suffer through & wear them anyway....but I will never order Clarks brand dress shoes again.

Beautiful but uncomfortable. Gave them away to someone else. Hate that. They looked great but were too uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes.
