The sandals were a little on the small side, but that suited me fine in that my three-year old isn't very skilled in wearing flip-flops. The larger the shoe, the "floppier" the walk, so I was happy it fit small. My main concern is the elastic strap on the back. This was a "must have" for me because my daughter is constantly falling out of her sandals. We took the flip-flops on vacation to Palm Springs to wear around the house and at the pool. By day three the elastic had already lost its stretch and was sliding down her heel. By the end of the vacation we had to stop every three or four steps to adjust the strap in the back. Other than that the shoe was just fine. The elastic can be cut and easily removed so if you have a similar problem of stretched out elastic, it can be solved easily. But if you are just going to cut the elastic off, don't pay full price for a pair of Roxys, just buy a $2.00 knock-off.
